Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 wont install due to unknown printer drivers

I am trying to update to Windows 11 24H2 but it keeps failing due to these 2 driversem142.inf BlockMigration="True", HasSignedBinaries="False"oem150.inf BlockMigration="True", HasSignedBinaries="False"oem142.infrovider: MicrosoftClass: PrinterOriginal Name: prnms001.infoem150.infrovider: MicrosoftClass: PrinterOriginal Name: prnms009.infI have tried to force delete them but every time I try to it gets reinstalledHere is what I get when trying to use CMD to force uninstall it:Microsoft PnP Utility Driver package uninstalled. If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install
