Windows 10: Windows 11 24h4 missing lock functionality

When I upgraded to windows 11 I lost the ability to lock the computer- Lock button is missing from the Windows start menu- Lock button is missing when I do ctrl + alt + delete- Win + L keys do nothing- Opened power settings > power button settings and the Lock option is greyed out tried as admin- Computer is not on any domain- Enabled "Show lock in the user tile menu" in the Group Policy Editor, still nothing- Modified HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerFlyoutMenuSettings, still nothing.- Installed a new version of windows from an ISO selecting "keep files and

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
  

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
