Windows 10: Windows 11 2H22 Update won't show up - High End System

Hello ladies and gentlemen.I have a quite high-end system whose details I am citing below yet it is March 2023 and the 2H22 update will still not show up in Windows Update. I have looked around the internet for solutions, yet most of the experts suggest force-installing the 2H22 with the windows ISO, something that I don't want to do. Is there a solution so that the 2H22 can normally appear for installation on my system? I would be grateful to any help from you all.P.S. The 2H22 update was available for installation on other devices of mine, but not for this system.Device name MSI Processor

Windows 11, 2H22 System Instability

Hello,
Its been 4-6 months since i bought my new laptop which is Asus tuf f15 I5-10th gen
Specifications :

• 8 GB RAM
  
• Intel I5-10300H @ 2.5 GHz
  
• Windows 11 Supported (preinstalled)
  
• Nvidia GTX 1650
  
• 512 GB SSD
  
• 64 Bit Architecture
  

My agony started when i recently updated it to Windows 11, 2H22 Build : 22621.608 before then my laptop was able to run very smoothly with its 144Hz display, Run Heavy FPS games at 160-230 FPS, processing very fast with less resources usage

After i updated it, on my idle laptop, My TaskManager is filled with background processes each consuming 1-3MB of RAM, Most of the processes is Service Host which i cant even END without getting "You ran into error", Now i get fps drops to 60 - 90 where it should be 150-170, Laptop started lagging at changing frames for instance opening a new tab, cursor lag, which should not be happening and wasn't happening until this very update. Thanks for your help.

Checklist :

1. Window is fully updated.
   
2. Checked for virus. Scanned. No virus was found
   
3. Graphics Driver , Pointing Driver, and all other drivers have been updated from My Laptop's Manufacturer's website
   
4. Never overclocked GPU or CPU, nor my laptop fans are clogged (Also at starting time, due to processes and resources consumption my fans work at 5600rpm )
   
5. No Startup Apps are enabled
   
6. Reset my PC still not solved.
   
7. Switched to Turbo Mode (from ASUS Armory Crate) and High Performance Power Plan
   

I am not actually willing to downgrade my laptop because i want to stay updated with newest technology, However i doubt that it is something hardware related, Background processes shoudn't consume that much of RAM. The laptop is officially supported to run windows 11 efficiently.

2H22 fiasco

I tried installing the 2H22 upgrade a month ago from the preview site. Very prolonged install and after kept getting crashes requiring reboots. I finally just unstalled the update and things returned to baseline. As the final version of 2H22 is available I tried to do a clean install but in spite of deleting partitions on the C: drive, installation apprently went to another NVME drive and the end result was blue screens as well as a requirement that I pick either Windows 11 or Window 10. I ended up with two boot drives. With that mess I disconnected the second NVME and SSD and used Acronis to restore the C: drive. Then reconnected the other drives, deleted the partition on the second NVME drive and reformatted. Finally restored files to that drive. I had no problem installing Windows 11 but big problems trying to install the 2H22 version. In retrospect I should have disconnected the other drives before trying the clean install. Certainly will avoid 2H22 for as long as possible. The system has a Ryzen 7 3700X processor with 32 GB RAM. Two Samsung NVME (960, 980) and a Crucial SSD.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
