Windows 10: Windows 11 2nd monitor reverts to landscape on restart

I have Windows 11 Pro running on a Dell OptiPlex 7770 All-In-One computer with a 4K screen. In addition I have an HD 1920 x 1080 monitor attached as a second screen using a HDMI cable, rotated to portrait mode 1080 x 1920.Originally, when I added the second screen I could restart the computer without it reverting to landscape mode, but a recent Windows update changed this.Now, when I restart every time, the second monitor reverts to landscape mode i.e., displays rotated 90 degrees, requiring that I go to Display Settings to correct it.Note t

Changed 2nd monitor orientation to portrait. Cannot change it back to landscape.

For us to provide you the possible resolution and the accurate information as to why some of your Display options are greyed out, answer the following questions:

• What is the make and model of your video card?
• What kind of cable did you use to connect your second monitor to your PC?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you try disconnecting your second monitor to your PC. Once done, restart your PC and then reconnect your second monitor to re-establish the connection.

Windows 10 is Resetting/Glitching with 2nd Monitor

Method1: I suggest you to change the monitor setting make the 2 monitor primary and 1 monitor secondary and check if that helps.

Press Windows + P to make the changes.

Method 2: Update the graphic driver and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to update the graphic driver.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic.
• Right-click on the Graphic and click on Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

2nd monitor does not appear in windows 11 device manager

I have a USB to HDMI Adapter by ABLEWE USB 3.0/2.0 to HDMI 1080P Video Graphics Cable Converter that worked in Windows 10. My new computer came with Windows 11. Even though 5the adapter is installed the same way, the monitor does not show up in the device manager. There is power to the monitor because it will turn on. I get a message that there is no HDMI signal on the 2nd monitor, ABLEWE says they do not have a windows 11 monitor. Does anyone know of a generic driver that might work? The computer id an HP Envy Desktop and the 2nd monitor is an ASUS.
