Windows 10: Windows 11 - Account Disappeared after Restart, as well as C-Drive Files

I'm at a loss as to what to do right now.My C-Drive looks like it's been wiped clean, the account that I'm usually signed into has vanished.About an hour ago, I had to manually shut down my computer after it briefly froze a little odd, since I've got a 4080 and an i7-12th gen processor. Successfully turned on my PC and logged in, but still saw some slowness. So I hit restart, when to the restroom, and came back to see that I'm logged in as "Administrator," Windows saying it's not active I'm no pirate, so I know I bought a legit copy when I bought this PC-- it's a Build REDUX comp.My D-driv

Hard drive/ OS issue

Here's mine after I rt clk'd on my Documents Folder like you show in Scrsht 11:




I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.

I'm busy today and I probably won't be back until the evening.

 

F Drive disappeared when I closed a file from it

My F drive just disappeared and I cannot find it either on the My computer screen that shows the C drive and the cd-rom driven it was there about an hour ago, and when I closed a file from that drive, the screen closed that was open on that drive, when I
went to reopen it, it was gone. I'm running WIndows 10, have tried to do the steps listed in an F drive disappeared thread and nothing worked. I have a Gateway computer that has been upgraded. The model is DX4300-15c. My F drive is a 1 TB SSHD. My C drive
is a standard 2 TB HD. All of the files on the SSHD drive are recovered files, including .pdf, .gif, .jpg, .rtf, as well as different version word documents, many image files other than I listed.

I went through great pains to recover these files and now they appear to be lost once again.
