Windows 10: Windows 11 activation button not working

I use an HP14 with the windows 11. For some reasons everything was working so smooth until recently. It just asked me to activate my windows again and when I click the activate button, it just freezes and the next thing i am hit with is a Blue Screen of Death and this happens all the time even when I do not click on the link, just randomly working on my laptop and boom, the blue screen of death. How do I fix the activation issue and the blue screen of death?

Windows Activation Problem (Problem with degrading back to activated windows 11 home)

1. Disconnect your computer from the internet.
   
2. Boot your computer into Safe Mode. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   • Press the power button to turn on your computer.
     
   • Immediately press and hold the Shift key.
     
   • Keep holding the Shift key until you see the Choose an option screen.
     
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
   
4. Click on Advanced options.
   
5. Click on Start-up Settings.
   
6. Click on the Restart button.
   
7. When your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the 4 key to select Safe Mode with Networking.
   
8. Once your computer boots into Safe Mode, connect it to the internet.
   
9. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   • Click on the Start button.
     
   • Type cmd in the search bar.
     
   • Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
     
10. In the Command Prompt window, run the following command:
    

Use code with caution.

1. Press Enter.
   
2. Close the Command Prompt window.
   
3. Restart your computer.
   

Your computer should now be back to Windows 11 Home Single Language edition.

As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Activation troubleshooter and try activating Windows 10 Pro again. To run the Activation troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings

• Choose Update & Security from the list.
• Select Activation in the left pane of the window.
