Windows 10: Windows 11 Activation - No confirmation Email/Product Key

I recently purchased Windows 11 from Microsoft on 12/21. I never received a confirmation email with the product key as expected. I installed Windows 11 but have been unable to activate it because I don't have a product key. This morning I tried live chat support and the representative kept sending me a link to get me a product key which led to a page with a message saying I could not view files only add them. He tried this three times without success. He then told me if I logged in with my Microsoft ID it would activate. He told me he'd email me the product code as well. I ended the call and

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

 

Never got Windows 11 Pro Product Key email

I purchased the Windows 11 Pro download but I never received a confirmation email from the Microsoft store with the product activation key. I have checked the 2 email addresses registered with my Microsoft account, but can not find the any confirmation email, or activation key code email. I am able to locate the Windows 11 Pro purchase in my order history, but there is no product key information in the order history. I have called customer support several times for the microsoft store but haven't been helped.
