Windows 10: Windows 11 activation not working - Error 0x803fa067 after new hardward video card

Hello, I installed a new video card and now see two computers listed on my MS account. Both with the same name, but the original one says it has Windows 11 Pro on it.The new one lists no OS. When I try to re-active windows and run through the Wizard I got an error that originally said no devices with the associated license were on my account. Despite the fact I see the original digital license in the first device listing.

Error code 0x803fa067 Windows 11 activation

Hi, i got a new laptop with an original copy of windows 11 but it's not activated. I don't have the original key available because windows 11 should be activated with the device, however this is not true. I contacted ASUS where the laptop is from and they told me to contact microsoft, i have been trying to contact microsoft support over the past 2 months and all my filed tickets are cancelled without a call back from an agent.

I've recently installed windows 10 and using a windows key I bought back in 2019 and I'm getting this error code 0x803fa067 and 0xc004003 . The only thing I did was change my video card. Please help.

Unfortunately it didn't work and I got the same error (0x803fa067). I definitely have Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM CD KEY but I'm guessing that graphics card might be the cause of the problem (although from the prompts I'm getting this should only happen after motherboard being replaced).
