Windows 10: windows 11 active error

I updated my bios few days ago, and after updateing my windows is not activedthe error code was 0x803F7007F, it just changedI have actived my windows for about 1 year, during that time I also updated my bios, but it still workedand now I try to click troubleshoot and change my hardware recently, it's not working either
