Windows 10: Windows 11 add new user and login, the screen blacks

I am the administrator of my PC, I add a new account and try to login with the new account.After login, the screen blacks, but I can see the white mouse move around. But I could still access my administrator account.Then I try to login the new account with safe mode, it works. I didn't find any buggy services or applications.Weired, why windows 11 have this kind of bug of core logic path?

I have the same issue but I have 11 users and now on the log in screen I have 11 user names and 11 of the "password" with the "key" next to them. So, that's 22 logins on the lock screen. The "password" logins are actually the users. I am trying to get rid
of the "password" tabs so only my user names show on the login screen. I checked for the registry folder you mentioned and it is not in the list.

Any other suggestions?
