Windows 10: Windows 11-- all internet sites are not secure

I updated to Windows 11 and suddenly I can not go to any website in any browser --- except youtube. STRANGE.It says - this site is insecure. or this site did not reply with secure FOR ALL SITESCan't find a phone number to get help. Hoping someone can help.

1. Are you able to open other websites on the system without any issues?

2. When was the last time it was working fine?

3. Have you installed any firewall or security program on your computer?

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
