Windows 10: Windows 11 all windows stay on top of the task bar

I recently discovered this behavior which doesn't seem to take place on other windows 11 computers. I've been using my laptop for the past year and I just assumed this was a new feature, but a friend of mine pointed out that it was very strange, stating they never saw something similar before. Any ideas how I can fix this? Windows 11 Top Task bar Problem

Hi everyone, I have had a problem with my task bar in Windows 11 ever since I moved it to the top. I have two problems. First is the Wi-Fi logo, and the application in the taskbar won't pop out when I hover my mouse.

• If I click on the Wi-Fi button from the task bar, it pops out in the wrong format, like the upper portion of the box is cropped.
  

• If I hover my mouse in the application that I opened in the taskbar, there is no preview of small boxes of window application.
  

I have loved the top window ever since I was using Windows 10 and I want to apply it again in my Windows 11. All of your suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated, thank you :>

 

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

1. What is the make and model of your computer?
2. What happen when you try to use task bar?
3. Do you want to unlock task bar?

I want to inform you it is by default locked because if you will do unlock it your task bar will not stay at one place.
If you want to unlock it I would suggest you to Follow the below steps to fix issue.

1. Right click on Task bar then check status of task bar.
2. Uncheck lock task bar option.
