Windows 10: Windows 11 Allow Download From Other PCs Grayed Out

So, I was downloading Forza Horizon 4 in my Xbox App and it was so slow. Slower than my usual download speed on other launchers like Steam or Epic Games Launcher. So I tried watching youtube about the problem and many of the videos said that when we press delivery optimization we turn on the Allow Download from other PCs tab, but mine was grayed out and it was toggled to off. I went on youtube to fix this and also read the microsoft community thread about it but it still won't work. Back to the point, can anyone help me out how to fix this problem or is there any other way to fix the download

Mainly it involves creating a profile and putting higher 2D clocks:

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
