Windows 10: Windows 11 - Alt + Numpad codes stopped working

Alt + Numpad codes stopped working today.I have followed all sugested soluions i coud find online, none works.During the day it was working, in the evening it was not working.Have no idea of what might have cause it and have no idea how to solve it.The only application i had installed today was Blender, but uninstalled it and problem persists.I wonder if anyone has some new possible solution for this problem?Thank you in advance for the help.

Codes ALT+NumPad

The part codes ALT+NumPad are not functioning on this PC. When I worked on the other PC all of them were functioning but now I can input just
ALT+NumPad codes from 32 to 255

 

All alt codes doesn't work

I am trying to add some special characters using alt codes on my laptop running Windows 10. None of the codes work.

I tried random alt codes to see if the problem was the specific characters and none of them work.

I am using an external numpad because my laptop doesn't come with one and doesn't have the Numlock option on the keyboard. The numpad is working properly for input

Steps that I have done:

1. Turn off the 'Use Mousekey when Numlock is On' as per this post (my default was Mousekey off altogether). I
know that other advice suggested otherwise (turn it on instead). But that doesn't make sense for me because then I couldn't use the numpad for its default use. I also used the alt codes at the office with a keyboard+numpad and I think the Mousekey was off
as well.

2. Adding EnableHexNumpad to the registry

Please let me know if there are other things I could do or what the cause might be.

 

No Alt codes working

I've found that no alt codes appear to be working using either left or right alt keys. I tried a few things suggested by an answer to a similar question ( Redirecting
) which has made absolutely no difference.

Other than Alt codes the alt buttons both work normally, likewise with the numpad.
