Windows 10: Windows 11 alters the windows when turning on the monitor.

When I want to go away from the computer I usually turn off the monitor and let the computer stay on in the mean time.When I come back and I turn on the monitor the OS is altering the windows for some strange reasons. It doesn't always do that, but from time to time.This is how it looks like before I turn off the monitor as an example.When turning on the monitor, it can suddenly become like this.Or it can become like this.Is this a known bug?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
