Windows 10: Windows 11 always has a blue screen "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" or "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE"

Every time I play games or watch YouTube on Google Chrome My PC Windows 11 always has a blue screen "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" or "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" with failed nvlddmkm.sys.I've looked for a solution to the same error but it still happens again even though I've updated the driver and reinstalled WindowsI have also checked minidump with windbg, the results are like this :************* Symbol Loading Error Summary **************Module name Errorntkrnlmp The system cannot find the file specifiedYou can troubleshoot most symbol related issues by turning on symbol

BSOD with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE post - issue unknown

Hi Mikael,

The Video_TDR_Failure error may have been caused by an incompatible display driver. Since you mentioned that you already updated the graphics card driver, we suggest performing the steps provided on this
link to troubleshoot the blue screen error.

However, please let us know:

1. Does this issue occur with a specific game?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
   
3. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
4. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
   

I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

As you are receiving a whea uncorrectable error, it means that a hardware error has occurred. It can be heat related, defective hardware, memory or even a processor that is beginning to fail or has failed.



If you have overclocked the processor, I would suggest you to reset it to the base clock and check if the issue persists. Also, make sure that all the cooling systems such as fans are functional.
