Windows 10: Windows 11 always now wont update. "Something didn't go as planned...undoing changes"...

Windows 11 always now wont update. "Something didn't go as planned...undoing changes" constantly. Why won't it update? It's also opening 17 now last count in processes browsers when it looks like I only have 5 open.Is Processes bugged?Laptop scanned with virus checker and advert checker and it's fine.

Power plan?
