    Hi,I have Windows 11 on my brand new Samsung laptop Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360.I have an issue regarding logging in.I used to be able to either PIN or fingerprint to log in. I often used fingerprint and occasionally used PIN.However, after many Windows and Samsung updates, Windows 11 now always require PIN to log in. Every time I scan my fingerprint I registered, Windows 11 only gives me the message that my PIN is required to log in. Say, I cannot use my fingerprint to log-in.I tried to remove PIN as a alternative solution, but "remove" button is disabled in "Remove this sign-in option" under PIN

    PIN is required to login

    I used to login windows with my fingerprint.

    But now it required to login with my PIN and I forgot my PIN (even didn't remember that I set a PIN or not)

    I check on "forget PIN" but no response.

    I scan fingerprint and it required my PIN....

    How can I login with my fingerprint only?

    Hello, I bought a new laptop a few days ago. Everything works normally when i set a fingerprint or a pin and it works normally when it wwant authentication on a mirosoft store, but my login to windows does not work. pin login is not displayed at all and
    when i try use the fingerprint it makes sound like it is not the correct fingerprint and i have to login with my password. (i have a TPM chip inside and i tried to erase memory but it didnt work. and a have no errors)

    Dear MS,

    I am unable to get past the hello login screen. I am told my PIN is required to login yet below there appears the contradictory message ‘ something happened and your pin is unavailable ‘. I have tried reverting to fingerprint but am met with my PIN is required.
    Sadly, i have forgotten my password. ( I am using a local account i think - but notice that the photo icon on my windows hello screen is the same as my windows profile photo.)
