Windows 10: Windows 11 Always turns off the screen 1 minutes after I manually lock the system

1. I set the time to turn off the monitor to 20 minutes in the system's power settings. The time for the system to go to sleep is set to 1 hour.2. When I don't lock the system, the system is able to turn off the screen normally at the time I set.3. But if I use win+L to lock the system manually. Then as long as I don't move my mouse and keyboard again, then the screen gets turned off after 1 minutes.4. I did not turn on the Dynamic Lock feature.I want the system to follow the same turn off time I set for the screen 20 minutes for the screen after I lock the system using win+L.I can't seem to

Windows 11 locks my screen after 1 minute

On my new Windows 11 laptop, the screen locks after 1 minute, no matter what settings I change. Things I've tried:

• Power plan setting: Turn off display after 4 minutes (both battery and plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Sleep / Sleep after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: System unattended sleep timeout after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Display / Turn off display after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Display / Console lock display off timeout after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• System > Power & Battery setting: Screen and Sleep / Turn off my screen after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in) (also recommended here)
  
• Set the screensaver to "none"
  

At this point I'm stumped. Anything else that might be causing this?

 

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
  

 

Windows 11 lock screen after 1 minute

Hello guys,

A few weeks ago my Windows 11, after 1 min of inactivity it reserves the screen.

I've gone through many configurations, but have not had success in any, being:

• Change screen saver settings.
  
• Change screen idle time.
  
• Disable and enable the system video card.
  
• Start Windows without 3rd party apps.
  
• Fetch OS update.
  
• Change settings in Registry Editor, so we have more options in "Power Options".
  

My notebook is a Samsung Galaxy Book 3, and it's brand new.

Have you ever seen anything like it? It is very bad because any screen for reading, screen stopped on screen is locked.

I saw an earlier thread about this but there was no final solution and all the fixes in it did not resolve my problem..
