    Windows 11 & American Greetings Creatacard


    I have read several questions and comments about not being able to use American Greetings Creatacard software on Windows 10. I resisted updating from 7 to 10 because of the issue. I finally updated to Windows 10 Home and then Windows 11 Home. I have been able to use my Platinum 6 version of Creatacard on both updates. I make cards all the time. I am so glad I didn't throw away the program's CDs.

    Windows 10 & American Greetings Creatacard

    Since Windows 10 was installed, my American Greetings CreataCard Platinum 7 is deemed to be incompatible. I can't find anything on line that I can download that will work with Windows 10. Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    Does the American Greetings Creatacard Platinum 7 worked in your previous operating system?

    If the software version that you want to install is not compatible with Windows 10, you can install the software in previous version compatibility mode and check if it helps.



    Refer to the article provided below, to install in compatibility mode.
