Windows 10: Windows 11 and Amazon App Store and Unexpected Store Exception?

I have a new renewed desktop DELL Optiplex 5060 running Windows 23H2. Thought I would try out the Amazon App store feature. When I downloaded it, it wouldn't fully load - the underlying subsystem wouldn't load the app store.Shortly after I noted an optional download for firmware. I let the install go ahead scary!. A day later the app store loaded, and I downloaded some apps. I downloaded Pandora YouTube video and music and Google Keep. They all worked great.In the next couple of days Windows begin crashing with the BSOD - Unexpected Store Exception. It was a couplie times a day, then

Unexpected Store Exception Experience Randomly

Hi All,
So updating to Citrix workspace and deleting the old version did help, I didn't have a BSOD for almost two weeks, so thank you for that suggestion! However, over the weekend I have had two, one yesterday and one today. For both instances I have had drive verifier with all 19 tests on but both crashes were Unexpected Store Exception. I have attached a beta log, but I don't think there are any dump files in there. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
