    Okay. Was forcibly upgraded to WIndows 11.I do not use Outlook. But I do use the other apps in my MS 365 subscription. For email, I use Gmail in my browser.HOWEVER, when I am in any other app on my PC not browser-based apps and I want to "share" via email in that app - there is no way to do that because Windows doesn't want you playing with Google.SO, okay, I finally linked my Gmail account to Outlook.BUT! I DO NOT want Outlook downloading my email to my PC! AT ALL! So, I selected "work offline" in Outlook.But if I do that, then "sharing via email" on any of my PC-based apps doesn't wo

    This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

    The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

    Problem Sending Email in Windows 11

    I purchased a new HP computer and was thrilled with Windows 11 until I tried to send email. Each time the message went to the Outbox where it remains to this day. When I try to move them, I get a "sender blocked" message. I have tried to find an "allowed sender" list, but there is nothing in the internal search or online search results about where to find it with the Windows 11 email app. When I look online for a fix for either of these issues, all the results discuss how to accomplish this in Outlook. I have tried deleting and recreating my email accounts on the new machine to no avail. So I appear to have two problems. One, I don't know where to go to create a list of allowed and/or blocked senders. Two, I can't send email from my brand new computer. I end up having to go to Gmail or my service provider's site to send mail. Can anyone help or at least point me in the right direction.
