Windows 10: Windows 11 and Icons are not displayed

Dear community,I bought a new PC about a year ago and unfortunately I keep having the problem that suddenly the icons in the taskbar, but also the icons on the desktop and in explorer are not displayed. I can no longer open the task manager either. If I reformat the PC, everything is fine for a while, but then the problem reappears. I don't want to reformat my PC every few months. I am really frustrated. Is there perhaps a solution?

Icons appearing on extended display instead of main display | Windows 11 v22H2

Hello everyone,

One of our user is facing issue with display settings. All of his icons are appearing on extended display.

1. We checked the display properties and set the extended display as main display and rolled back.
   
2. Cleared the iconcache (IconCache.db) under the folder AppData.
   
3. Disabled the Auto arrange icons and enabled it back again,
   
4. All the drivers along with BIOS are up to date on the system.
   

Still the issue is not getting resolved.
Don't want to move the icons manually and leave one item behing.
Please suggest any permanent fix for this issue.

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.
