Windows 10: Windows 11 and KB5022303 installs to 98% and rolls back out

    Windows 11 and KB5022303 installs to 98% and rolls back out


    KB5022303 gets to 98% and rolls back out. this has been going on since october 2022. i am running optiplex 7060 and can get it to install on other 7060 machines, but not this one. the only difference is that, one specific machine is also running Hyper -V. otherwise I have exhausted all other avenues of fixing this, beside formatting and reinstalling. any one else that still cannot install KB5022303?
