Windows 10: Windows 11 and Oculus VR linking compatibility

Is an Windows Insider I have had Windows 11 since it was released for insiders, and for the most part haven't encountered any issues until recently. I have been trying to find a workaround for installing the Oculus App Software for linking to PC, but the installer and windows 11 are not compatible at this time. I originally hoped that an option to run the program in a legacy mode would provide the solution, however it didn't work either. The requirements for the VR systems needing windows 10 as a min spec caused prevented the fix. My options now are to either obtain and setup a virtual machine

Windows 10 and Oculus / VR Headsets

Will Windows 10 have proper support for VR Devices, so that you can look at your desktop or a 2D Non-Stereo Application without going cross-eyed ?

I can imagine that Microsoft is passing that buck to Oculus, and Quite Possibly Occulus to Microsoft. But the bottom line exists that dealing with a VR Headset is a Headache in Windows 7, and even so in Windows 8.1, with Holo-Lens on the horizon, and Oculus
Streaming from XBoxOne it's time for Microsoft to step up and bring their OS into the future.

Today, we announced that people have spent $100M USD on the Oculus Store and 20% of that is from Quest alone, which is a testament to the health of the ecosystem, as well as the passion and commitment of the developers and content creators designing and building for VR today.

Oculus Quest Just Got Better

Oculus Link is a new way for people who own Quest and a gaming PC to access content from the Rift Platform. We’ll release the software in beta this November, and it will work with most high-quality USB-C cables. Later this year, we’ll also release a premium cable with maximum throughput to run Rift content and a longer cord so you can move easily in VR. Click here to learn more.

Hand Tracking on Oculus Quest
When Oculus Touch controllers launched in 2016, they ushered in a new era of VR by introducing hand presence: the sensation that your own hands are actually there with you in a virtual environment. Today, we’re marking another important milestone with the announcement of hand tracking on Oculus Quest, enabling natural interaction in VR using your own hands on an all-in-one device — no extra hardware required.
