Windows 10: Windows 11 and PC Health Issue

The Update section says "this PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11". However, when I run the PC health app it says the opposite all boxes checked green. When I go into the Security processor details, it says the Specification version 2.0, while the TPM specification sub-version is 1.38. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

PC Health Check - Windows 11

I also downloaded it to my mom's HP Desktop, and it's not having an issue with compatibility. The message said "This PC can run Windows 11".

 

Windows 11 update issue

I ran PC Health Checkup to see if my laptop meets the requirements for Win 11 update. It says my processor is not supported for Win 11. But looking at this page that PC Health Checkup suggests Windows 11 System Requirements my processor is in the list of approved processors https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...ed/windows-10-21h1-supported-intel-processors. It is Intel Core i7-7500U and CPU is 2.70 GHz and dual-core which is supposed to meet the requirement according to the page. My windows edition is Windows 10 Home version 21H1 and my processor is listed as approved for this version.

Other requirement issues are - (i) PC must support secure boot, and (ii) TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PC. These two issues can be fixed.

Please help with the processor issue. I don't understand why it says it does not qualify when it is listed as an approved version.
