Windows 10: Windows 11 and Printer Issues

Purchased a new printer that should have been compatible with Windows 11, it connected properly but it won't print, I have already done everything uninstall, unplug, etc. and it still doesn't print any documents before doing anything drastic, like uninstall Windows 11 Microsoft 365, what else is there to do? Apparently, there are printer drivers still needed for Windows 11.* Changed to a question* Moved from Office/install

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

• Is it a wired or wireless printer?
• Is the printer connected via network to your computer?

I suggest you to make printer as a default printer you can follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key+ X and select
  device manager.
• Select devices and printers
• Right click on the printer you want to use, and then click
  set as default printer (You'll see a check mark on the printer's icon signifying that it's now your default printer).

I suggest you to update the drivers for the printers and check if it helps.

I also recommend you to run the print troubleshooter to check the issue.
