Windows 10: Windows 11 app install erroneously claims that I have no internet connection

Hello, I just purchased an HP all-in-one pc. I successfully completed the initial setup and obtained a good internet connection.I then tried to download and install some additional apps such as acrobat reader and microsoft office suite.I was able to downlod the install/setup files, but when I attempt to run the setup executables I keep getting a not connected to the internet or a couldn't install popup. The error code for office was 0-2015 2250How do I resolve this issue since I clearly have an internet connection?Thanks,John K

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Are you able to connect to internet and browse?
  
• Is this issue specific to Windows Store apps?
  
• Are you facing this issue in Local account or Microsoft account?

Let's try the below Steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: If installed from the Windows store try to run a
Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.

If the issue doesn’t resolve then try next step.

Step 2: Run inbuilt Internet connection troubleshooter
and Network Adapter troubleshooter

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter
  
• Also run the Network Adapter troubleshooter and check if the issue resolves.

• In which browser are you facing this issue e.g. Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer?
• Do you get any error message?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Do you face connection fluctuation in Ethernet connection?
• Is the issue specific to any particular website?

I suggest you to try connecting to Ethernet connection and check if face same issue. Also install all pending Windows updates Further you can refer the link below and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.
