Windows 10: Windows 11 App running but not displaying on desktop

Hi, I purchased a surface 7 a few months ago and had set it up with a few apps. I just purchased a Surface Laptop 4 and am synching across devices. When I synched initially, the apps did not work on my new Surface Laptop 4. I rebooted my surface 7 , and moved the app that was pinned to the desktop to trash. I installed the app on the new Surface Laptop 4. The app is working on the Surface Laptop 4. Through synch, the app appeared on my surface 7. The app is running on the surface 7 and I can see it when I hover over the app on the taskbar, but it is not displaying. This seems to be an

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.

Deleted icons stay on desktop (not in desktop folder)

I can only suggest that you
1 Add a list of steps you have already taken.
2 Add a comment about restarting the computer. Do the deleted icons disappear then?
2 Add a comment explaining if any Desktop items do delete correctly and whether or not there are any significant differences between those that do delete correctly and those that don't.
3 Add a list of any OS tweaks you have done & any third-party OS-related utilities you have run.

I assume you have already reinstalled your display driver.
I don't see a Repair install as being relevant. Repair Install - TenForumsTutorials

• Once uninstalled, you can reinstall the app from this
