    Get the black screen when I turn on my lap top and it works fine after second restart.

    Hello,

    I get the black screen when I turn on my lap top. It shows the HP screen and that it is coming on and then the screen goes black. I turn it off and then on and it is good.

    I do not add anything to the lap top play movies etc. Just read emails etc.

    This just happened 3 weeks ago I noticed...

    I am not a whiz kid using and removing things on lap top...so I hope it is something easy.

    Email account for IE 11 on lap top.

    I have one email account on HP Pavilion lap top. Log in page shows a different account identified by ***80*** prior to @. Please advise how or where I can check the details and change to the title and enter the correct one. The lap top is frozen with
    the initial log in screen.

    WildTangent Games Crashed New Windows 10 Lap Top on Instalation

    I purchased a new Windows 10 Lap Top HP for myself for Christmas it crashed Christmas day when I installed Wild Tangent Games. Wild Tangent Games is in my start menu Apps selection from factory. Why would the company HP or Microsoft put something on my computer
    that would crash it from day one? Where do I get help?
