Windows 10: Windows 11 - Applications do not remember last size/location/layout

Discus and support Windows 11 - Applications do not remember last size/location/layout in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Is anyone else having this issue?     Windows 11 - Applications do not remember last size/location/layout


    Is anyone else having this issue? I have to resize/re-snap almost every application everytime I open it as it does not remember the last closed size/location like the previous versions of Windows.The only option that I could find was enabling remember window locations based on monitor connection under System>Display but I only have 1 monitor
