Windows 10: Windows 11 Applications Suddenly missing and weird Behaviour. NEED HELP ASAP

Something was up with my PC since morning. BSODs, Driver failure. etc. I Could not play games all day cuz it kept crashing. An hour ago, I decided to roll back my GPU driver to the previous version. After that, a lot of my apps pinned in START were gone, Chrome was also pinned and it is no longer there. When I search "CHROME" in the search bar, It appears as a "RUN COMMAND". Where did my Apps go? lots of them were 100GB+ gamesHow to fix this?I did a system restore which did not work. - this restore point was from morning as I could not find older points surprisinglySpecs - Ryzen 3 3200g 16

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

  Click next, select Not Listed. Click Next.

  Click Browse and select the installer that you downloaded using the link above.

  Check The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now box.

  Click next, select the last known working operating system for this driver.

For Visual Studio.

I suggest you to install the Visual Studio in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install software in compatibility mode:

1. Download the software from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the software and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the software install and then check the functionality.

weird windows 10 behaviour

Just wonder if anyone has encountered these behaviours? It happens to me every time without exception:

If I do a restart, the computer restarts but makes the windows 7-start sound.
Upon getting to the desktop, the laptop battery meter is missing and the quiet hours, location and flight mode from the action centre are also missing.

If I then shut down the computer and start it up again, it start without making any sound and the battery meter and the three action centre icons reappear.

Apart from that, the computer/files are the same. Weird, it’s like having two different profiles.
Ideas anyone?
