Windows 10: Windows 11 ARM Hyper-V stuck at background screen

I just received my Windows ARM Devkit 2023. So far so good.Windows 11 came up; I updated, installed hyper-v. So far so good.Downloaded the insider preview build vhdx https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewarm64Configured hyper-v, started the VM.Comes up, goes through first time setup including making me use an online account : .It says everything is OK, it's going to update... now it's just sitting there.taskmgr on host says it's not doing anything.It responds to clicking the power button lower right corner and says someone is using the system, so

Feature Request: Hyper-V ARM Emulation?

So, Windows 10 ARM have been released not so long ago. Windows 10 is supporting 3 types of architecture x86/x64/ARM. Hyper-V can emulate only x86 and x64. I want to test Windows 10 ARM image, but I can't do this using official Microsoft virtual machine.
So, I want to Microsoft added the ability to create ARM virtual machines in the Hyper-V

Windows 10/11 for ARM - does an Acivex enabled Excel spreadsheet work on Windows ARM versions?

Windows 10/11 ARM preview is only for development purposes and it's supported only these conditions:

ARM64 VMs are only supported on devices that meet the pre-requisites:

• Windows 11 ARM-based PCs with a Microsoft SQ1, Microsoft SQ2, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx, or Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 processor
  
• Hyper-V enabled (instructions)
  

Dev channel Insider Previews are testing latest latest developed features it isn't recommend to use on work environment.

The Dev Channel is for highly technical users who love to be the first to see the latest features and updates for all things Windows. It will get builds that are earliest in a development cycle with the latest work-in-progress code from our engineers. These aren't always stable builds, and sometimes you will see issues that block key activities or require workarounds while flighting in this channel.

There is no support for Insider Previews in any case and using Win 10/11 ARM on Mac M1 isn't supported you by Microsoft.

 

No welcome screen on Hyper-V VM

Do all of the following apply?

• You are using Hyper-V
• You sign in to the VM with a PIN
• You are using Enhanced Mode to connect to the VM

If not, then tell us a bit more about how you are running the VM (using VMWare? VirtualBox?) what build of Windows you have on the Host (check with Winver) and what build of Windows you have installed as the Guest OS.
