Windows 10: windows 11 asking for a pin. pin already set

According to my friend. She cannot boot the computer. She gets a prompt to enter the pin. It goes straight to a blue screen. I have read so many possible fixes for this and none works. One said this was a windows 11 problem. Is there correct information on the fix.She doesn't know how this happened. Do I need to contact Microsoft on this. Or is there a fix that will resolve the problem? A real fix that is.

You can remove the pin of account b by following the steps below.

First log in to account b.

1. Open Settings on Windows 11.
   
2. Click on Accounts.
   
3. Click the Sign-option tab.
   
4. Under the “Ways to sign in” section, click the PIN (Windows Hello) setting.
   
5. Click the Remove button in the “Remove this sign-in option” setting.
   
6. Once you complete the steps, the PIN will be removed from the account, but you will continue to have access to the account with your password.

Windows 11 asks for a pin when setting up a pin

I would like to ultimately set up windows hello, but I have to first set up a pin. The weird thing is that I already have a pin set up (the way I access my computer from the lock screen). In the sign-in options menu, after I click set up pin, it says that it wants to make sure it's really me by asking for my pin, which I enter. After I enter my pin, the window closes and nothing happens. I can't find any other article that has a problem like this and there is no way for me to reset my pin. There is no option in the sign-in options menu for me to change or remove my pin either. Please help!
