Windows 10: Windows 11 Assistant Error Cant Proceed

Good evening,I have a new laptop with Windows 11 Home 22H2. The first step I did was boot it up and install the latest BIOS. After that, I installed the PC Health Check app and downloaded the Windows 11 Assistant to upgrade the Windows version.However, I encountered an error with the code: "Error code 0xc1900209". I read online that this error may be caused by conflicting applications.But my laptop is brand new, and the only software I installed was the PC Health Check tool.

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Window 10 to 11 upgrade can't proceed

Hi SproutTheRobot, tried the Windows 11 Installation Assistant but it's just referring to PC health check apps and PC health check apps is referring me to the build-in windows update. The others option listed in the link (Media creation toolkit and ISO) are more suitable for fresh install of window 11 rather than migration.

Thanks guys for the help but after evaluating for a few days, we've decided it's still premature to upgrade to Window 11. Will follow Paloma suggestion and stop the upgrade prompt.

Quite disappointed at window upgrade process and thus my company have loss confident in Window 11 as well.
