Windows 10: Windows 11 ATE my laptop's memory! Help??? Please?

I was using windows 10 on my laptop and a button popped up to accept windows 11. I clicked it and windows 11 was installed. Within a couple of weeks it had eaten all my memory and I can't use the laptop at all. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy who wanted $200 to fix it back to Windows 10, but that's almost as much as the laptop cost. Consequently I haven't been able to use the laptop AT ALL.I want to go back to windows 10. How can I do this?Thank you.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows Creators Update needs at least 16 GB of storage space. To isolate your concern about the memory space in your device, we'd like to ask a few questions:

• Have you checked which files and folders consumes the space on your hard drive?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix this issue?
