Windows 10: Windows 11, audio crackling and popping.

Hi, I recently upgraded to an HP OMEN 16 and I'm having crackling and popping issues with audio. I use my laptop for music production so this is very important to me. I tried updating drivers, reversing drivers, factory reset two times. The laptop is brand new, 3 days now. What seemed to work better was switching the sample rate. Thing is that I use a Scarlett 4i4 and sometimes I want to use 44.1 as a sample rate but the Realtek drivers only alow to use 48.000 with 16 or 24 bit rate.Is there a Realtek driver that I can install and use 44.1 as a sample rate? When I'm using my Scarlett interface

Windows 11 Audio Crackling

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 earlier today and ever since, I've had terrible audio crackling. Everywhere. Youtube, Spotify, games, local files, etc. I've tried everything I could, including all the solutions suggested on this thread (except doing a repair install). Updating, reinstalling, and searching for new drivers has so far amounted to nothing. My headphones aren't broken either, so I'm at a complete loss here.

Windows is totally up to date, too. Is there any way I can fix this?
