Windows 10: Windows 11 automatically add an extra ENG-ST keyboard layout which I cannot remove

I have only installed one ENG-US keyboard, but every now and then I get this ENG-ST keyboard, and I couldn't remove it.system info: running windows 11 pro with OS build 22621.819 on AMD R5 2600 platform.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

Use regedit to navigate to following registry keys, where you will find there the list of keyboards that are preloaded at boot.

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\User Profile

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\User Profile System Backup

Find the keyboard identifier among the list of Keyboard Identifiers
