Windows 10: Windows 11 automatically downloads and installs, AFTER REVERTING FROM 11 TO 10.

I upgraded to Windows 11 last week, after having done my research and determined that I could revert to Windows 10 within 10 days if I didn't like it. It didn't take me 10 days, it took me about 3 hours to determine that I preferred Windows 10. Upon reverting to from 11 to 10, I am now greeted with a popup notification stating that Windows 11 will install upon restarting my computer. There is no option to NOT do this. I don't get a choice. The only option I am given is to completely block ALL Windows updates via regedit, and that simply is not acceptable. What is going on? How do I NOT install

Internet Explorer 11 indicates installed but not found, Windows 10

I have seen this solution previously and tried it.

The Internet Explorer is not in the Programs and Features list. The Internet Explorer 11 is enabled on the Windows Accessories. I rebooted, but Internet Explorer is still not in the Programs and Features list and is not a choice when trying to select a
default browser. The two choices are Chrome, which I added, and MS Edge.

I have tried to download IE 11, but the download program insists that IE 11 is already installed, so it only congratulates me. Whatever the download program is looking at it is not the actual program.

Any other suggestions?

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.
