Windows 10: Windows 11 automatically installed, do not want

Discus and support Windows 11 automatically installed, do not want in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I've selected in the past not to update to windows 11, but upon rebooting my pc after a crash I'm greeted with a screen saying "We're getting Windows...     Windows 11 automatically installed, do not want


    I've selected in the past not to update to windows 11, but upon rebooting my pc after a crash I'm greeted with a screen saying "We're getting Windows 11 for you, you can continue using your PC while the download completes"The only option I have is to continue to desktop. How do I block the installation and remove any files it has already downloaded?Also, has this happened to anyone else, and if so why is Windows forcing a new OS when people might not have the space for it.
