Windows 10: Windows 11 Background application activity i.e., videos

Windows 11 Pro 21H2 22000.795 appears to have no concept of using a machine in a server like, or even a true multitasking environment.Here is one of many issues:I can open a video on Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Brave, doesn't matter - you pick the browser of your choice.... Pick TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, doesn't seem to matter either.....Play or "go live" watching a streamed content of something...... Even maximize the window.....Now open another window on top not maximized..... the "background" streamed content will continue to work fine. usually.Now maximize the non-streamed window... The

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.

Default Background color on widescreen video playback

Thanks for the reply but it didn't work for me. It merely changed the application's theme, not the background color of a video playback.

• Do they have a settings of full screen mode?
