Windows 10: Windows 11 beeps every time I make/receive phone calls and texts

All sound notifications are turned off, yet this one always comes through. When my phone rings, the computer beeps and then beeps again when I answer it. I have signed out of Phone Link and have removed the apps from my PC and phone. I do not use my computer for phone calls.This is a recording of the actual beep.I have attempted to locate the sound file in my media folder in hopes of deleting it, but it doesn't seem to be in there.

I have tried deleting the phone and laptop and re-pairing several times.

Deleted everything and downloaded again.

Brand new laptop running WIndows 11.

The phone calling option works.

 

Phone can send and receive phone calls/data and receive texts, but cannot send texts.

My cell phone can receive texts, but it cannot send them. This happened a few days after I upgraded to Windows Phone 8.1. I have a Nokia Lumia 520, which is a little outdated, but it was working with
Windows Phone 8.1 fine for several days. A couple days ago, my phone said "Invalid SIM", and I could not make calls/ texts. I swapped out the SIM card and it said the same thing, but I noticed the time was way off on my phone. I went and changed the time from
"automatic" and manually configured it. The SIM worked fine, and my accounts all synced again, but this was when my texting started to not work. Since then, I have factory reset my phone, both with backups, and without backups. Right now my phone is a clean
slate, and is still doing the same thing. I can receive texts, and send and receive phone calls, but no sending texts. And my SMS center number is fine, I've checked it. I have RedPocket Mobile.

To help you isolate the issue, you can follow the steps given on our
Lumia troubleshooting and repair page. If you can't receive phone calls, select
Phone then I cannot make or receive a call options. If your unable to receive text messages, select
Messaging then I cannot send or receive text messages options. Make sure that your phone is not on Airplane mode.

Update us on the result.
