Windows 10: Windows 11 Big Brother is killing me ..

I got windows 11 and now particularly opera browser and vivaldi browser won't run after some time meaning that when I boot the PC they can run, but if I close either then after some time they won't launch anymore. Firefox browser and other apps works normal.I guess human life is so boring that's why you invented this mystery, because after all it's is just mechanical ****, that should work.Does microsoft Big Brother strategy with spying on russians and chinese via windows really work, because else you might as well just give back users control over windows update etc.?

Brother Printer exists & works, but won't "Install" - Why?

Check whether I understood you well.
First try: Add new printer, Windows finds printer and loads its own drivers/programme automatically. It wprks but not with the Brother drivers.
Second try: Brother package: failed
I suggest a third try: Add new printer; the printer that I wanted is not listed; continue and see of your model is listed. in the list of printers.
I had difficulties with setting up another Brother printer, and the third try solved it.

The fact that the Big Brother is overprotective when he is not needed and totally inactive when he would be useful, is just that - a fact. I cannot make anyone accept this fact, I am not the Big Brother. The same way as no one can
make me deny facts I see. The research on how to send Big Brother to retirement will continue, here or elsewhere.

There are, as usual, two sides to the story.

• You complain about Big Brother preventing you from doing what you want to do.
• The restrictions you complain about are a measure to prevent hackers from taking over your machine.

If you do not like these restrictions then you can disable UAC (User Account Control) - at your own risk!

A good starting point might be to become a little more specific and report which folder you have a problem with.
