Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen after login HELP

So I don't like windows 11. Its buggy and my laptop keeps crashing. So today I decided to get windows 10 on a usb to revert back, but as soon as I turned my laptop on, logged in, it auto-updated and restarted. Then after restart, I logged in again and now I am stuck on black screen. I can move my cursor around. So I know it isn't frozen. I have turned my pc on and off, a few times now, with the same result. I have inserted the usb and hit win+R in the hope it will run the installation of windows 10, but still nothing. Please help. How to I sort this issue out? I have an ASUS TUF Gaming FX504 S
