Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen after login, only a movable cursor - Problem & Workaround

Hello,Windows 11 -Latest all is latest actually - corporate environmentLogin -> Black screen & mouse pointer only.Solution:Remove all network drives, use a non-persistent CMD script to map them after desktop has loaded. NET USE commandThis is terrible. At least Windows 10 booted nicely to the desktop and left network drives it could not connect as 'unable to connect all drives'.Windows 11 does not budge at all. No amount of timeout registry changes or other jiggery-pokery works. Only booting the computer without any network connection makes it load the desktop.Why is it even trying

Windows 11 black screen with cursor problem

If I tried to login in windows 11 if my company laptop with organisation IP and dns,it's showing Black screen with cursor but if tried to login with internet connection it's working fine but if I tried to login without any network it's completely showing Black screen with cursor.

I tried safe scan, updated drivers,safemode login, video driver updates and even tried to remove drivers but nin of the any suggestions working please help me with this.

Windows 11 black screen after login, only a movable cursor

This issue started 2 days ago. The first lauch of the day, the login page loaded fine. After I login it says welcome and start loading. After this loading, it feels like black screen appear when entering the desktop. I got a black screen with a movable cursor. I tried ctrl+alt+delete but not working, I also tried ctrl+shift+esc not working neither. I force shutdown and restart many times, does not help. But when I give up (probably 1 minute after my last ctrl alt delete try it shows up and then all good). The next day same issue again, and end in same way. I have turned off all the boot auto-start items, and only these are left:
