Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen after login, only a movable cursor

This issue started 2 days ago. The first lauch of the day, the login page loaded fine. After I login it says welcome and start loading. After this loading, it feels like black screen appear when entering the desktop. I got a black screen with a movable cursor. I tried ctrl+alt+delete but not working, I also tried ctrl+shift+esc not working neither. I force shutdown and restart many times, does not help. But when I give up probably 1 minute after my last ctrl alt delete try it shows up and then all good. The next day same issue again, and end in same way. I have turned off all the boot auto-s

I have recently upgraded windows 7 with a fee online upgrade of windows 10. After I initiated the Winows10 upgrade the, monitor screen went black with a movable cursor. Can anyone tell me the next steps to get my computer working again?

Windows 10 Black screen upon boot, movable cursor

When I boot up my computer Windows 10 I get a black screen upon boot, with a movable cursor. when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del and enter task manager. I can see the task manager. from there I have to start a new task (explorer) and my computer desktop becomes
visible. is there any way to correct the boot issue?
