Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen and fan 100%

hi, lately I've been having an annoying quantum problem, every now and then my PC screen desktop goes completely black without restarting and the fans of the entire PC start at 100%, I checked if there were any temperature problems but everything is ok, I did a cpu gpu stress test so as to also check the power supply but everything is ok, I also did a ram test with memtest 86 but nothing, I deleted all the drivers and reinstalled and checked the windows files but nothing, the problem continues to occur in a completely random and infrequent way, 2/3 times a week, what could be the problem? I

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• What was the reason for you to perform a reset?
• Does that mean you receive black screen on the desktop?

Once done with that, let’s check the cause for the fan speed.

a. While on the desktop, right-click on the taskbar, click on
Task Manager.

b. Click on the Processes tab and check if any processes that is running high.

If none of the process is running high then I suggest you to update the graphics card driver and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device
Manager”.

2. In the list of devices, you should see the Display Drivers.

3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".

4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.

5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

Black screen on windows 11

Hi I have a similar issue. I have a surface pro 8, windows 11. The screen is black for a long time before login.

Normally:

• Turn on computer
  
• Screen with clock and scenic background
  
• Swipe screen up
  
• Camera turns on
  
• Face recognition
  
• Logs in
  

Now (since Nov 19):

• Turn on computer
  
• Black Screen with clock
  
• Swipe screen up
  
• Black Screen for 30 - 90 seconds, can see and move mouse cursor
  
• Camera might turn on and logs in or screen times out due to no activity
  
• Turn screen off//on by pressing the power button
  
• Camera might turn on or screen times out due to no activity
  
• at some point it logs in
  

This happens 100% on shutdown then power on. It happens a lot, but not always on restarts.

I have tried:

• turning it on and off
  
• rolling back updates
  
• factory reset from device
  
• factory reset from internet
  
• factory reset then installing all the updates
  
• factory reset then pause updates then uninstall updates
  

Anyone have any insights?
