Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen but every keyboard shortcut doesn't work

Hi, my windows 11 has a black screen with a movable cursor. I can move it around but I can't do anything else. I have scowered google to try and fix my issue but couldn't find an answer. People say to use "CTRL+ALT+DEL," but that doesn't work at all. Infact, every single other keyboard shortcut does not work at all. "CTRL+WIN+ALT+B" only temporarily shuts of the screen for a second, then reseting my cursor to the middle of the screen, changing nothing. I have no clue what to do next.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

As the question suggests - can someone provide a list of all unassigned keyboard-combo shortcut keys/hotkeys for Windows 11?

I perform a lot of repetitive work on my PC and having an idea of the "vacancies" in terms of keyboard shortcut keys, can help me assigned macros more efficiently. I understand there are lists of the assigned keyboard shortcut keys, but that is too difficult to work out which ones aren't taken.
