Windows 10: windows 11 black screen with blue loading cursor

i updated my drivers the other day and when i turned off my pc for the night to go to sleep the next day i turned it on and it was a black screen with the blue wheel of death i tried uninstalling the quality update but it says that i have an update pending so it can’t uninstall what do i do?

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake

 

Windows Stuck on Black screen with Blue Loading Cursor after Startup

My PC was fine before installing the most recent windows updates and Nvidia driver updates. Now at startup, will see the white dots spinning to load and after it presents a black screen. If I try to move my mouse cursor it moves, and displays, but shows as a spinning blue cursor icon. The black screen shows nothing, there is no login, no background picture, only the blue circle cursor icon is visible.

When i enter into Windows Recovery and troubleshoot, Startup Repairs says it goes into the repairs but loads back into the black screen with blue circle cursor. I cannot uninstall Updates as both Quality and feature updates fail to uninstall. System Restore has no restore points and System Image recovery has no images to recover from. I have tried to going into restart options into safe mode both with internet and without. The PC will restart but safe mode will not boot.

I can access Command Prompt however but my limited knowledge I do not know how to move past. Nor can I do a full system wipe as I have much work I need to access from the drives.

 

Windows 11 Black Screen with Cursor

I just updated my windows 11 PC and it told me to restart. I restarted and the manufacturers logo comes up and the windows 11 loading. After a few seconds the screen goes black (but it's still on) and I see my cursor only. The cursor sometimes switches to the loading one.

I've tried CTR + ALT + DEL but nothing happens. I've also tried restarting but same issue.
