Windows 10: Windows 11 black screen with cursor before loginAfter update

Hey all,Having a problem ever since i installed win 11 on my PC.Ill give as much details as i can:When booting my PC from complete shutdown not sleep or hibernation, I'm greeted with a chime indicating i reached the logon screen but it's all black and im only able to move my cursor. after a bit of digging i learned that Task manager does *not* open, only things that work in this state for some reason are Project screen selection Flawlessly btw and windows+u shortcut for accessibility, that's it.Re-installed win11 a few times now, and every time I did it worked until I updated windows can'

• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
